the bamboo in containers isn`t something I personally believe would last more than a few seasons if at all.There is a gigantic choice in bamboos and you could have opened up a stripe in the ground (and put a rhizome barrier if you chose a bamboo that needs it) and give 1 plant all this space to grow into. You would have achieved a nice evergreen very vertical formal impression that actually would last. These pots are too small and won`t be making bamboo happy longterm. if you still want pots- put something adequate in them and place them in front of the green vertical wall that a ground-planted bamboo would become with a bit of patience.
Wonderful and beautiful put together garden,love every part or room. Not a contemporary fan but the clean lines the well thought out plan it’s a winner. I just found you.
My favorite space in the brand new garden…the terrace for late drinks in the afternoon…with only one lounge chair…enjoy many hours of drinking alone followed by a fun nightly game of “now which way was that house again?” Seriously though, nice work in a odd space, I think the entertainment area would become a logistical issue quickly but maybe not. So pretty,just I think needs more fruit and flower trees, and small color flowers , that it's so necesary for food and Home for births and bees, butterfly, and also need it for oxigen, we should plant more trees for the good of.the planet. Less cement and wood and more trees.
Four weeks ago it looked like this ‘shot of a winter garden’ and now it looks like this ‘summer garden’. I don’t even think it is the same garden. It looks beautiful and the design elements really match the house, you did a fab job but please be honest.
