    I served in Seville, Spain. I enjoyed many foods there. In fact I do Christmas dinner around the world. I make a lot of times the Spanish Tortilla. with the potatoes and eggs.

    Holy cow! It's 86° here…feels like 91°. I'm ready for cooler weather. It did cool down after Ian, but it's creeping back up. But there's apparently another hurricane on the horizon. Praying it leaves Florida alone, but it's supposed to go straight up the state again. Just like Ian only coming in from the Atlantic.
    Aside from that, I want that book! I'm sure we could use the advice. And I'm subscribing!

    We have a new meat bird that can also be a layer, they’re called American Bresse. They grow faster, mature at 16 wks, then your average egg layer but can breed true unlike a Cornish Cross. Loving your channel about Signs of the Times. We’re a farmstead in SE Idaho. We sell eggs (chicken, turkey and quail) and 40+ varieties of Jams at local farmers markets in Rexburg and Idaho Falls. Do you post about your homestead?

    I found carrots are a little hard to get up here, in Southern Idaho but once they get started they do good I planted to many this year and have a lot of canned and dehydrated but started gardening and canning 3 years ago and got chickens last spring they just started laying eggs about 10 days ago I'm 71 years old and keeps me busy and it's nice to have this food stored and share with my children and their families

    It’s good to have your sweet wife on.
    And I’ve found Iberian Peninsula people in my line as well. Maybe that’s why I love Spanish food.

    I was worried because I planted late (June) and I was surprised how well they did. In fact my neighbors planted earlier, then got froze, and wind blown. So I guess I did ok.
