    I don’t know if you are going full organic but if so, I would feed the containers with some Garden Tone from Espoma. My garden really benefits from a monthly (my roses and hydrangeas get more) feeding. It’s super pricey but has worked so well for me. I use their Bio-Tone Starter when I start my seeds, and it really does make a difference in the quality of my starts. Love the Garden videos!

    I don’t have a garden but if I did and I grew a 32 pound watermelon, you couldn’t tell me nothin’ 🤣🤣🤣 I’d push it in a stroller and show it off to all my neighbors ❤️❤️❤️🤣🤣🤣

    My favorite pollinator plant for my garden is Agastache (Anise Hyssop)! They have bees & butterflies on them almost everyday. Maybe check them out next year. I’m excited to see your future bee colony!

    I've found zucchini (and cucumbers, and tomatoes!) do much better in the ground/raised bed compared to a container, no matter how well I water them

    Congrats on the melon, that is awesome!!! It might be too warm for your peas, however yesterday I found some peas growing in my tomatoes in a greenhouse. 🙂 One thing I started doing and helped my garden a lot is planting flowers and herbs throughout. I have so many bees it is crazy now.

    I know the feeling of the watermelon harvest! We grew our first ones last year and harvested 19. This year, I think we have had 14 or so and there are several on the plants (which we thought were totally done!). Its so exciting. I call them my melon babies!

    I live in Massachusetts and I keep having to remind myself SC has a different growing season… September and October are a bit umm colder here. 😉 Your garden looks so beautiful. <3

    We still have hummingbirds in Indiana that are pollinating our plants and butterflies. So keep waiting and see what happens. My dad was a gardener his whole life. He used seven dust to sprinkle lightly on his cabbage, broccoli plants. He taught us to garden and now that he's passed it helps us hold onto his beautiful memories of planting and gardening with him and mom. Keep loving what you do.
