  1. Very nice looking design. Fits with the house architecture.  That's alot of irrigation line
though.  I wonder if there is some way to reduce the use of water resources.  Hopefully the plantings also support some type of natural ecology, pollinators and the like.

  2. Nice job, until now I thought I am the only one in this world struggling with gardens so much  🙂

  3. Nice video. Well done. I haven't seen anyone lay sod over the dripline. I wonder how long it will take to clog up with dirt. Hopefully a long time.

  4. beautiful result…can i ask, why so much sprinkler tubing under the sod? bearing in mind i'm a total noob at this…

  5. Some really nice video work involved with this; great job and nice results on the front yard.

  6. why is the grass cover being reduced so much….water scarcity or maintenance and mowing issues???

  7. I bet it looks way better now, a few years after all the plants in the front street-side bed have grown in; that was certainly true with the backyard makeover.

  8. Looks great. I’m also gonna start my landscaping next week. Quick question. I’m also doing the sub surface for my lawn. I see you just laid the lines and put sod on top. Is that your recommendation? I’ve talked to a few others that like doing that as well, as opposed to burying the lines!

  9. Great video production.
Amazing makeover..you guys are serious hard workers! Seems like most people nowadays are just not “motivated” for outdoor improvement.

  10. I hope you will be happy with the use of the weed barrier membrane. I was too until the leaves of trees etc created enough material for weed seeds to germinate. It ended up being a greater headache than if I had laid cardboard down to block anything from growing.

  11. I am wondering if that tree survived all of that construction ? It looks very nice though.

  12. Funny I was just out working on my yard for a few hours the last song I listened to in my headphones was this same Black Mills song. That's some awesome work, having a team helps.
