Perhaps one of the worst new home landscapes I have ever scene, well at least lately. This xeriscape was designed by a professional designer and architect and is a horrendous failure from the sidewalk to the entrance. I am not even going to wast my time typing in all of the failures in this.

Builders saved money by doing it this way….fail of course but that was their mindset lol Plus, whoever buys the house probably isn't caring much about that anyways. They'll fix it later on down the road. Still a failure but i bet the house sold fast regardless
Looks good to me. The materials do match and it's a maintenance free yard.Things don't have to exactly match! It would look stupid if it was all the same. It's called design. Don't buy one if you don't like it
