  1. Thank you Kaye, really look forward to your videos. Don't be anxious, do the best you can and God will provide. Your pressure canning video with Darryl, made me finalize buying mine, just waiting on it, and plan on getting 50 Lbs of potatoes to can. then I'm going to try meat. 🙂

  2. NH is a great place for local farmers and farmer's markets. I am a senior, but I do have gardens. I also have a CSA with a local farmer. The farm market down the road has everything from beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs to local butter, cheese, ice cream, honey, maple syrup, and lots of veggies, herbs, and fruit. (Also whoopie pies, fruit pies, and bread…I could go on but will spare you) If you're able, support your local farmers. They are the solution!!!!! …and grow what you can where you are.

  3. There are several farmers markets in my area, we buy fresh produce and homemade goods from them. There is also a local farm that sells goat milk and goat cheese. It’s a great way to support local farmers,

  4. i have always sold on "farmers market"
as a kid Dad sold most of his farm produce on the market
great place to make and see old friends ,,,,, and accumulate
a few extra dollars on the way,,,,,,,Ed

  5. Unfortunately here in the big smoke they are closing a lot of the smaller local markets!! These big supermarket competitions certainly know how too eliminate the competition know matter how big or small!! Corporation greed at its finest!!

  6. Eighty percent to farmers…YEAH!!!!! CSAs and CSA type arrangements/businesses are a wonderful supplement or even primary source to augment what we can grow in our gardens (Victory Gardens).

  7. I went to a Farmers Market in Collierville TN last week. A woman was selling corn for $1 each. And watermelon for $12.

I would love to go to the Cookeville one.

    Thanks.

  8. Love homeade pimento cheese. Everything looked so good!! Wish I could try out some kombucha but not in my budget.

  9. That kombucha sounds wonderful! I love anything lavender! I have blueberry bushes here too! Lol. I would never want to live in a big city. I live 50 miles from Baltimore/ Washington, and I hate that traffic. I hyperventilate in that stand still traffic! Ugh

  10. Kaye do you have an email address? I have some questions concerning your topic on the food supply and I would rather just not put it out here for everyone..it is getting so controversial. Love your videos. Thank you for sharing. Our gardens are suffering horribly this year, our worst year since moving here 18 yrs ago. God Bless and take care.
