What an awesome garden center. All we have here is Home Depot and they have nothing this time of year. I live in a small town in Arizona now but lived in Connecticut and I used to go to a garden center just like your Mom's. I really miss it. Lovely girls you have Mom. Happy holidays to all!!!
I saw those two fairies tucked in the angels. I’m starting a flower farm next year called…Fairy Prairie Farms, so if your Mom ships, I might be willing to rescue those fairies before they get identity confusion. 😂😊

@ 2:50: Will the birch glen(?) start to the left of the arbor to the birdcage?. That could create a seethru divide for two full tall displays either side. To me the store rearrangement looks like you've achieved not only better flow, but increased display area footage. Awesome job all of you. So exciteding. Can't wait to see more (I wish I could work there…) Love the "floating " door on the blue wall
If you ever wanted to give up planting and retail I think you and your mom could be landscape or interior designers. You both have an artist’s eye and that is a true gift.
That was a great video, but I laughed when you showed Monica's face when you said the changes you were thinking about…..it sorta looked like she wanted to say "Sis, turn that camera off because I want to say….ARE YOU NUTS!!!!!" LOL It was so very fun watching you young girls working and creating
I speak Laura’s merchandising language! And at the same time I feel the weight of what it takes to do the big dramatic changes to create impactful changes to freshen up spaces in retail. I almost wish I was there to help them!
