  2. Great growing tips! But that cat!! 😂🤣 I love a high spirited cat 😂 I see why youhave so much protection around your plants. That is a lot of critters.

  4. BB- I tried to follow your steps thoroughly. Question: for the lettuce/kale second-planting in your year (as you showed), do you enrich the soil that you put in the bus trays as they await their seedling starts? I never saw you put any amendments in it as you were mixing it in the wheelbarrow. -Carl

  5. Love your videos, very good tips on growing veggies. Started my first set of seeds using the paper towel method, works really well, plus I don't waste any time planting seeds that may not germinate at all.

  6. I'd call Bubblebeet's gardening style precision…meanwhile, Im over here perfecting the sasquatch method. (It involves throwing things around and stomping my feet alot with the occasional guttural grunt 😁)

  7. Given you have a lot of space, have you ever considered expanding your garden? I love to watch you garden you are so organized and clean as you go!

  8. This was a very informative and cool video all around. I love all the little critters that came out at night plus your cat is a good guard cat.😊

  9. I planted spinach, kale and lettuce today. Hoping for a great fall harvest. Sorry, but I squash those horn worms for eating my tomato leaves. I can't look at the snakes no more snakes. Thanks for the vid BubbleBeet

  10. Living on the east coast my kale always gets chewed up by bugs Also do ants eat up strawberries.. practically all my strawberries have alittle bite mark in them and there’s little black ants on them?????? What’s going on Does anyone know??

  11. Would love a compilation video of some of the fresh soups, etc that you often make with your produce. Or just send me some of your recipes lol.

  12. Thanks for another great and detailed video. I’m amazed at how much produce you are still getting. I started following you when I was looking for someone else in zone 7 and you sees starting techniques have worked well for me. I have one request, when you start your seeds, would you mind putting it in the videos you are making at the time so that folks will know when to start their seedling? I started them a couple weeks ago, but love your organized calendar! Keep up the excellent work!!

  13. could you please tell me what area or city youre near in north carolina? or if there is a way I can message you privately. when our kids are out of school we want to move that direction and the area you live in looks great. love your vids and thanks for any info.

  14. Always a fantastic 👏🏻harvest at the BB farm… how are you able to consume all your bountiful crops? 👍🏻🧡🇺🇸

  15. I live in zone 7B Eastern NC and I have a 6 ft tall Moringa tree in a 3 gal. bucket that only had leaves and flowers at the top. Is it too late to prune it?
Also, my okra and eggplant are in 2 gallon buckets and very leggy. What can I do are should I leave it be until spring.
    Thanks in advance.
p.s. You have the most beautiful garden and deck. When I get my homestead, hopefully in the next six to eight months, will you consider consulting with me to set it up like yours. Even if just on paper and I'm willing to pay.

  16. Bubblebeet, go check your local home depots! The Epsoma organic granular all purpose fertilizers are on super discount (5$ for a 27lb bag). I just scored some at the Durham Home Depot and they had pallets left.

  17. My love squeak. I need to go back to the planting sheets so I can channel the right time to begin again. I will walk through your process. Squeak.

  18. One tiny suggestion…use wooden cutting boards. Over time, you will have eaten lots of plastic from the nicks and cuts made on the plastic cutting boards!

Love watching your channel! Keep up the great work!

  19. 🐛 That’s the biggest horn worm I’ve ever seen! You’ve got more wild life and pests to deal with than I can imagine. I thought I had it bad with squirrels 🐿

  20. I’m so glad I found your channel! I love your videos! I can’t wait to show my son your harvest, he’s 11 yrs old and was into gardening the past few years. Thank you for your family friendly content!

  21. what do you do with all the extra lettuce you grow, you grow quite alot and I doubt you can eat it all in one sitting.
