This video has been so helpful and has given me so many ideas on how to set up my gravel garden. Even though my garden area is very small, your video has prepped me in setting up my garden successfully like having a weed mat under the stones. The weed membrane which you have used is not good for the soil. The quality of the soil deteriorates and eventually you can not grow any plants

Hi, how does this function with water or rain fall? Will the water stay on the mem bering?
Is there a way for the water to escape? I am worried that with heavy and continuous rainfall, the water will have no place to go.
