The more i look,the more I'm finding.
Chick weed, dandelion lambs ear, many more i am researching first..
Like you said, once you open eyes, food is everywhere.

I consider myself as a novice, avid, opportunistic , spontaneous weed forager, I am a horticulturist and spent a good part of my life fighting weeds, have recently embraced weed foraging motivated mostly for nutrition and health but also as a sense of respect for resources, everything about Diego’s work inspires me and would love to attend a work shop one day, a huge heartfelt thank you to Diego for sharing this treasure!
