The Culver Hotel serves burgers and brews for Dad

Because Dad deserves a meal as legendary as he is, this Father’s Day, The Culver Hotel is serving bold flavors, cold brews and two ways to celebrate – a Beer Garden Brunch from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and a special Steak Sunday Supper from 5 p.m. to close.

The Beer Garden Brunch includes a hearty, casual prix fixe meal that includes a starter, burger and side, paired with a glass of ice-cold draft brew, for $45 per person. Burger options include “The Grill Sergeant” – a classic beef burger with cheddar, bacon and smoky BBQ sauce;

“The Dad Bod Deluxe” – double patties stacked with crispy onions and a special sauce; “The Cluck Norris” – a spicy Nashville fried chicken sandwich with butter pickles and coleslaw; and “The Lawn Mower” – a grilled veggie patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles and avocado.

Draft beer selections include Skyduster Lager, Smog City IPA, El Segundo Citra Pale Ale and non-alcoholic Best Day Brewing Cerveza. Beer flights are available as additional add-ons.

The special Steak Sunday Supper ($65/person) features a perfectly seared ribeye steak with red wine reduction, a baguette with Bordier butter for the table, a classic wedge salad with blue cheese, bacon and house ranch, crispy fingerling potatoes and a sweet finish of Chef Diana’s famous Culver Mess dessert. Guests can also order a la carte from the restaurant’s dinner menu.

This Father’s Day, Ardor, the signature restaurant on the ground floor of The West Hollywood EDITION hotel, will offer a special 32-ounce dry aged, bone-in tomahawk steak dinner. Families can gather in the lush, greenery filled dining room to enjoy a steak dinner finished with sage, thyme, rosemary and oregano bundled into a bouquet of herbs accompanied by onion rings soaked in buttermilk and tossed in sausage spice, charred broccolini and pommes puree.
