Haven’t been down here for two days and this is how things look. 5000 square-foot garden, which are all annuals, most of my crops and tons of sunflowers.🌻

  3. I started my nasturtium in a milk jugs green house. Most of them popped up. I separated them and planted them in the garden in clusters. They are doing phenomenal this year. I had not had good luck on starting them in the ground. I hope this helps.

  4. My husband's mother taught me a delicious soup she makes with zucchini. She cut up half an onion, some garlic, potatoes, peeled the zucchini and sauteed all of that in a pot with olive oil. She added salt, pepper and chicken broth. When the potatoes were cooked through she blended everything until it was a creamy consistency. I enjoy it either warm or cold. I also want to try stuffing zucchini but have yet to try that.
I pulled weeds this morning and noted a really big horn worm on my poblanos. I did not know that they eat peppers too! Hope that your tomatoes recover, Kaye!

  5. Ya' know, I had terrible luck with my nasturtium seeds germinating this Spring. Maybe 5 out of about 30. I put them at our Luffa Tunnel. Fortunately, our Luffas are doing much better than the nasturtium. ❤
    Your garden looks so beautiful.
