Hello from southern Finland.
I have lots of martagon lillies and other types of lillies in my garden.
Now one martagon lily has a friend right beside it, and this friend looks strange. The stem is somehow very flat (on one side it's about 3 cm wide, other side only less than 1 cm). In addition the flower head is weird. It has the characteristics of a martagon lily, but also a funny pompom at the top. The two lillies grow not more than 15 cm apart from each other.
I have never seen such lily in my life. Have you? Do you know what has happened here? Is this martagon lily gone crazy or could this be some type of a crossbreed between two different lillies, and if so, which lillies?

It’s called fasciation. There’s a whole sub about it! r/fasciation
That is so cool. It is going to be amazing when it blooms. Please post in r/fasciation. They love this sort of stuff. Some might become very excited.
Here’s an example of a fasciated lily in bloom: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/128433046
