Starting May 29, 2026, Stark Excavating will be milling asphalt pavement between Paula Drive and just north of Garden Hills School (north Cynthia Drive parking lot entrance). Access to properties will be maintained during the milling, but occasionally equipment may block drive access during the daytime.
Starting June 1, 2026, Cynthia Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic in the same location. All access to driveways will be removed at this time. Residents will be able to park on the street where street parking is available, but not within the construction zone. Pedestrian access to all homes will be maintained throughout construction.
This new closure is expected to take 8-10 weeks, weather permitting. More lane and/or road closures will be announced throughout the phases of the project.
