Nicotiana glauca. Looks really nice! I have a little sapling growing right now
Depending on where you live, it could be invasive.

It contains the potent toxin anabasine rather than primarily nicotine, which can cause severe poisoning, respiratory failure, hallucinations, and death. While historically used by some Indigenous groups for specific rituals or external medicine, it is poisonous to humans.
High Toxicity: All parts of the plant, including leaves and flowers, are poisonous.
Probably should cut it down if you have kids or pets
