Both my Nanny and my exterminator are sure these are poison oak but I am dubious at best. Google lens says Virginia creeper. Help me out.

Definitely not poison oak. That’s all Virginia creeper. Those folks have no idea what they’re talking about.

    It’s Va creeper!

Fun fact: some people react to it like it’s poison ivy getting a rash etc.

That is very clearly Virginia creeper, Parthenocissus quinquefolia. It has five clear leaflets with completely serrated edges. Poison oak has three leaflets that are shaped vaguely like oak leaves.

I have this at my house! I’m new to it but near I can’t tell and from my more experienced neighbor it’s VA creeper

  5. a native vine in N America, vigorous but harmless (not invasive)

I didn’t know Virginia creeper had toothy leaves like in the first picture.

The leaves I always see are the ones in the bottom right of the second picture.

OK so this is going to sound really weird, but I think it might actually be false Virginia creeper? The leaf shape looks slightly different than the Virginia creeper I’m used to seeing, so I googled it and found out there’s a very closely related plant called false Virginia creeper, and the easiest way to tell them apart is that false Virginia creeper doesn’t have the sticky/grippy pads on the ends of the tendrils that Virginia creeper uses to climb up trees and buildings and stuff. Here’s a really good blog post about differentiating between the two plants, if you’re interested!

Edit: my guess might be wrong but I’m leaving the link because I thought it was neat information

Careful pulling down gripping vines or anything with a certain sort of calcium crystal defense. I had a reaction and my faced swelled up all around my eyes and nose, from the calcium crystals. Needed to get prednisone. I dont even react to poison ivy or oak.
