Okay girls, if you’ve been telling yourself like me every single spring, This year I will become a gardening person, You are not alone.

And listen, I absolutely love the idea of gardening. The peacefulness, being one with the earth, the flowers, the whole cottagecore feel of it all.

But between kids, work, dog stuff, and everything in between, becoming a true green thumb has been kind of a slow process.

That’s why I fell in love with Deep Creek Flower Farm in Cumberland, Maine.

Where is The Best Flower Farm in Maine?

This beautiful little flower farm opened just a few years ago in 2023, and honestly, it feels like one of those hidden little (but no so little) Maine spots you really want to tell your people about.

Get this, according to the website, the owner, Caitlin Storey, found her love for gardening while working at a local nursery and flower shop, according to the farm’s website. What started as growing flowers that could survive Maine’s unpredictable weather turned into a full-on dream business.

They even did this magical flower workshop for Mother’s Day! Check it out below, via Deep Creek Flower Farm Facebook.

Now, Deep Creek Flower Farm grows flowers across more than two acres and offers all kinds of cool stuff like bouquet subscriptions, flower deliveries, wedding florals, and a seasonal farm stand.

And this time of year? It’s absolutely gorgeous!

The farm stand is open from May through October at 1 Deep Creek Drive in Cumberland, and it’s honestly just one of those peaceful places that instantly slows your brain down a little bit.
