First time composting

First time posting and composting ! I've stopped adding to it and began a new pile, but this is about a months worth of food scraps and coffee grounds. Id usually add scraps and coffee from different coffee shops daily, but im of course new to this and wanted to get some advice for it! Dont have a way to temp check it or anything and it does tend to dry out daily (or at least the top layer seems to dry). I wet it daily and turn once/twice a week. Last photo is old & just to show the structure for the bin. Any tips / advice welcome !
