What should I do here?
Edit: It's in a 17 gallon container I believe. I've been adding cardboard, leaves, crushed flake shavings, and the greens. Its been in there for almost 2 months now and its not hot. I'm sure that's because of the size.

Keep going.
I don’t know enough to give you real advice but this looks like a decent start. Something sprouting so I suggest keep going and make sure you are turning often.
Update your post to add size of container and how much is in it. What have you been doing so far?
Btw it’s cold and sprouting things but it is nice and rich looking.
That size container won’t get hot. Keep adding until full, then mix regularly and you’ll have finished compost in a years time.
