Lilac.
It’s probably a dwarf lilac, maybe a Miss Kim. Those are in bush form, and I have three of them. The smell wafts into my windows and is lovely.

I have a house nearing 200 years old and 3 sides are bordered with dense lilacs. They are so beautiful and smell so nice in the spring. One of my favorite things about this old brothel.
