For the past 3 days or so this one trap has been wagging back and forth constantly. This was over about 5-6 hours but the other day it was flipping from side to side almost every two hours or more

I think your plant needs more light.
This plant looks a little unhealthy I can’t pinpoint it but it look’s EERILY similar to mine when it had thrips. Not trying to freak you out just check for tiny white springtail like things on new growth
