Recently I've had a bit of luck growing Stonecrop Sedum indoors.
At least. I think that's what this is. I found it outside growing under a tree.

My Transplant Experience, Explained as if It Were A Guide:
Slightly tug at plant until roots come gently out of the ground. Place it in the small container of soil, burying part of the lower stem up to the lowest leaf. The roots should be very sparse, so be sure to water immediately after transplant. The plant will lose a few leaves, but the 12hr growlight cycle ensures the plant will not lose vigor. Within two months, expect new stem growth and full reestablishment; if picked at the right time, flowers.
–
Current Conditions:
An inch of MiracleGro Succulent Mix (chosen because it does lose water quickly if brightly lit, but would be unsuitable for larger succulents like a Jade Plant.)
12hr growlight period, the growlight is VERY close to the plant.
Temperatures between 65 and 75 F
Let soil dry comepletely before watering again.

Conditions Stonecrop Sedum Enjoys Outdoors:
Full sun
Poor/Easily dried out soil
Warm but not hot temperatures(60-80F)

As seen in the picture, one of them became a runner and bent over towards another container of the same soil, so I buried it slightly so it can properly propagate. I water this one slightly more often than the other container in order to encourage root growth.

Neat! I really like stonecrop.
I have what I think is Colorado Stonecrop that’s been growing out back for decades, and I recently brought some indoors to grow alongside my cacti.
It’s still getting established, no runners like yours yet but I’m hoping it takes off eventually.

I’d like to see more people growing this stuff indoors.
