South facing garden in Melbourne. We’re thinking of taking most things out but don’t want to remove something that’s very special or great for the native wildlife.
iNaturalist wasn’t sure, offered these suggestions that look similar and found nearby

It depends on what you want it for as it only produces fruit if theirs a male and female plant so unless it just for looks it’s pretty much useless in its current state you can remove the seed and turn the skin into jams etc used in a lot aboriginal cooking usually but the seeds are 100% no go consumption as most seeds are anyway
