Hey all, I’ve had this terrarium for a while now, maybe around 2.5 months. I’ve added a few bugs in there on purpose – white springtails and pearl isopods. Yesterday, I put a slice of zucchini in there to treat the isopods, but today I looked and I found these little guys. I’ve seen them before on the leaf litter, but wasn’t able to identify them then. What are they?? Should I be worried ?

Need help identifying a mold or fungus? That can only be achieved using professional sampling methods and laboratory analysis. Your environment is too wet. if it’s a wet environment purposely it needs ventilation.

They look like globular springtails
*Sminthurinus atrapallidus* is my guess. I’d say almost certainly *Sminthurinus* sp.
