I got a bunch of cholla and prickly pear paddles from my MIL and threw them into these pots at the end of my driveway about two years ago and haven’t really done much to them. The cholla looks pale and the prickly pear hasn’t put out any new paddles this year, vs the 5 it put out last year.
I’m cleaning the oak leaves and snailseed out of them, is there some kind of cactus fertilizer I need? Are they getting too much water with all the rain lately? I’ve never given them supplemental water in the two years I’ve had them

They don’t look great but they’re fine. No fert needed, rain is fine. You should water about once a week in the warm months (or skip when it rains).
They’d probably like some more soil
They look good! Just be patient.
I’d put ore soil in the pot and put some type of mulch on top of the soil so it doesn’t dry out too fast. Honestly though, they would do much better in bigger pots as well.
