Your jade plant got into an altercation with a cactus. Bunny ears cactus, from the looks of it.

I could be wrong, but from how fine they are and where they are on the leaves, I’m guessing your jade plant was stored next to a cacti with those little hair like needles (glochids). Sometime during shipping and being stocked it bumped into its neighbor and had some the spines stick into it.
