The leaves on a lot of my recently transplanted (about a week ago) veggie plants are turning yellow. Is it a nitrogen deficiency? Overwatering? New to this, any advice is welcome!

Cut back on water, that soil looks really heavy and thick and wet

Transplant shock/overwatering. Should line out in around 2 weeks. Just watch your watering.

This happened to me when I transplanted, but they never got better until I used liquid fertilizer. I’d give it some diluted liquid fertilizer if you haven’t to be safe.

That’s how my cilantro looked like when I tried to grow it without any fertilizer. It can be something else, but nitrogen deficiency is a likely reason.

Edit: if they are fresh transplants, it may be transplant shock. Ie. nitrogen deficiency may be symptom of root system not being ready yet.
