This morning I noticed a weird color change on one of my 4 lithops, pulled it out of the pot and it is squishy 🙁 he is gone right?

I got all of them 1 month ago, my first post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Lithops/comments/1sb9jpn/new_to_lithops_got_some_from_a_baumarkt/
Put them in very gritty mix with almost no dirt and bottom watered them a bit once (following the advice in the comments)

The remaining plants look good I think? All of them got some sun stress color and a little bit of side wrinkles, but I'll wait to water them until they wrinkle at the top right?

Is there anything else I should do or know?

    Squishy = RIP ☹️
    (Presuming you live in the N Hemisphere, where it’s springtime.) –
    Remaining plants ought to be watered. I suggest you start with a spray bottle, spraying around the base of the plant until the substrate near the surface is wet. That ought to encourage hair like roots to grow from the tap root. These are the roots that take in water.

    Follow-up in a week with a more thorough watering (drains from the bottom). As a rule, bottom watering is unnecessary (and sometimes fatal) when using a gritty mix.

    When I read “squishy” I think mushy. Might be simply needing water. Put it in a separate pot and water as indicated above.

    I would give it water therapy, Saran Wrap over a clear jar and fill it halfway with water.use rubber band to secure the Saran Wrap, poke a hole in the middle of wrap to put the lithop in.
