For the ant plant: humidity is key here, should be around >70% for Most of them and yes a Report ist useful here… in Coco Chips with perlite is good. The other genus i am not that used to… But i would assume picture 4 Looks thristy af (otherwise going into dormancy? Not Sure how the cycle for this one is)
