Welcome to the world of alocasia! This is probably just shock from being moved around and changing environments. This looks like an alocasia California which are one of the easiest alo’s to grow. Those bendy stems will probably die off but these guys grow super fast in my experience so it’ll give you a new leaf soon! Just give it lots of light and consistent moisture!
She’ll be ok if you just did the swap. I agree with it shocking.
