I would get rid of the bar branch to prevent it from developing reverse taper. Seal it with wound seal or vaseline. Other than that just let’r grow.

I would chop one of those lower breaches first, I’d have to see more angles of the tree to know which would be best but then I would slip pot it into a bigger pot if you want to thicken it up. These grow very fast, I have several and usually what I do is grow out a sacrificial branch to help thicken the trunks each season and this has worked well for me.
