Viburnum odoratissimum (sweet viburnum) with brown curly leaves. New growth coming in stunted and curled.
Noticed towards end of summer, wasn’t particularly concerned and thought it was due to heat stress. Getting more concerned now given it is affecting new growth.
No visible pests.
