My plants are covered in these caterpillars. They’re eating the leaves and the fruit. I’ve been trying to pull them off by hand but they seem to be multiplying by the day. What can I do? I’m in southeast United States.

Handpick then off at dusk/night. and Bt spray.
Neem for anything else.
I got some Monterey BT spray for them this year.
