Venus Flytrap help: Should I cut these flowers off?

I read that these can be harmful to the Venus Flytrap, and that they're actually flowers. Should I really cut it off? Also, if I do, can I plant it in another pot so it can grow without harming the Venus Flytrap? I'm a newbie, any help is very much appreciated!! Thank you!!
