Size is fine, honestly with regular paper like this I don’t even cut it smaller at all, I just put in whole sheets of paper since it decomposes so fast. However is this your actual compost pile? Or just a bin the paper is in?

I stopped using paper because it ended up all over the yard, and was sometimes coated in sneaky plastic. But I have enough browns with leaves and cardboard now. Just a heads up

Note: paper, cotton are carbon. Hair may not break down at the same rate as everyone else you’re bringing to the party.

It needs water. Also add kitchen scraps
