
So i started these in water and turmeric 4 days ago it was already sprouting when i bought it and it sprouted more since i put it in water , do i wait for it to get roots or is it safe to put it in pots at the moment?? Some of them started to get green pumps where the leaf nodes are

You did the right thing by trying, and some people actually manage to do it. Personally, I’ve never had much luck because before the cutting grows roots, it has to use the energy stored in the stem itself. Since bouquet roses usually come from pretty thin stems, sometimes there just isn’t enough energy for both root growth and new leaves, so the cutting dies before it can establish itself.
That said, I’ve definitely seen people succeed, so you never really know unless you try.
If you already have some strong, healthy rose plants and want to improve your chances of cloning roses from a bouquet, a better option is usually to graft the buds onto a vigorous rose plant first, let it grow a strong stem, and then take cuttings from that later on.
