Sorry if this double posts, my first attempted doesn't seem to have uploaded.
I found this dude in the garden. From googling, I think it's the invasive Australian flatworm, although open to correction if I'm wrong.
Should this be reported somewhere if it is? I remember reading about the new Zealand one cause trouble before.

Looks like one… I’d kill it to be safe. Probably freeze or burn it, some worms can regenerate if you cut them :/
Report invasive species here:

My gardening app, that also identifies insects, says it is a Hammerhead Flatworm
Yeah, Australian flatworm by the looks. If so they are considered invasive due to impacting earthworm pops. Similar to the new Zealand one but not as impactful
Put it jn a container and cover with salt best way to kill them and not let them spread
iNaturalist app is great for IDing pretty much everything you find
Jaysus is there a more humane way to kill the poor little critter than burning it alive with salt? Maybe alcohol perhaps.. Invasive or not it still deserves a humane end
Call the Worm police this guy is a loose cannon he’s out of his durastiction.
