What is the plant? Looks like drought areas and insect and sun and then fungal at first look. Not sure what the plant is which would help diagnose
Looks like leaf miner damage, look it up, get an insecticide or Neem oil, needs treating
It could be Viburnum leaf beetle.
Could be elephant moth caterpillars?
This looks a lot like Sawfly Larvae damage to me
