Second pic is red columbine – 3rd or 4th year (I forget)
This is in Southeastern, PA.

Hey I have both of those blooming in my Kansas City backyard, too 🙂
I’m jealous of that honeysuckle, mine is still establishing.
Most of my phlox varieties have bloomed, and baptisia has been opening this week, if you are looking to add earlier options in this region. Packera are not as showy but they’ve been fully flowering for weeks now too.
Where did you get those plant tags you have?
I just planted coral honeysuckle last week. I’m so looking forward to it doing like yours is.
