    Burdock? If so it has a deep taproot. Just a guess based on all of the Virginia creeper on everything else

    Definitely a dock. Mowing it doesn’t buy you much time. You need to pull the taproot up. Imagine there’s a carrot underneath that plant and if you don’t remove it all it will keep coming back.

    That Virgina Creeper is destroying your building and fence, so maybe lay a tarp down for the year and come back to a clean start in the spring?

    Not the massive plant in the back? Everything else, yeah get rid of it. But the other is pretty cool. Read up you need to avoid the burs.

    Watch the nails on those fence boards. Put one through my foot cleaning up this same scenario

    Yes, the burdock is I biannual. Grows first year flowers and seeds the next if I remember right. It might be a fight for a couple of years but don’t let it seed.
