Just as the title says. The only two leaves on it were soft and beginning to brown/yellow. I figured I had nothing to lose and repotted it into a semi hydroponic setup, after trimming the severely rotted roots away. It didn't bloom at all last year (but it produced 4 more leaves). I've been eagerly waiting a while for this first flower, and today was the day!

Congrats! I’ve had good results with very similar leca and glass setups, but it does seem to be very dependent on water quality or careful maintenance of salt buildup via periodic deionized water flushes.
