I think I did a very dumb thing…
I had a reusable glass*** water bottle that was nearly full. It had been in my room for about little less than a week. I thought instead of wasting it, I would just water my plants…
This includes a Thai Constellation, pothos, and Swiss cheese monstera. (Which all get hella light in a 360° window).
However, this was no ordinary water bottle.
It had an electrolyte “salt” packet in it.
And again, this was nearly full…….
I feel like I just poisoned them…
Are my plants dead???
I just watered the hell out of them to try to flush some of it out of the soil, but now I’m dreading watching them die off over the next few days.
Any suggestions? As I freaking out for nothing?

I dont think a single diluted dose thats been flushed out will kill a healthy plant.
You might see some leaf burn. If there’s root damage, the plants will look thirsty, even though the soil has moisture. But I would expect a full recovery as roots regrow etc.
If you are worried, replacing the top half of the soil with fresh soil will help.
If you decide to go for a complete soil change, take care to minimize damage to the mesh of fine feeder roots. The bigger roots are more for anchiring and are not the issue. Its the tiny feeder roots in the root ball that are needed. They’ll already be stressed, and you dont want to add transplant shock to their burdens.
