So I've attached a few pics.

Hoping you can help.

My leaves all have some crazy spots on them.

Regular feedings with super thrive foliage pro…on a MP, under a humidifier. Grouped with plants to up the humidity. Pebble trays of water in the vicinity. Plenty of light.

Got a ton of new growth and it's rooted into the pole really well. BUT…

All of the new growth shows up speckled.

Edit: SPIDER MITES. treated with captain jacks insecticidal soap.
Hopefully that solves the issue.
Also have neem oil, but that shit stinks up the whole house. I'm gonna wait a few days and check again…

Gonna have to inpect my whole jungle.
Such is life.

Thank you for your input. Means the world to me

You already know it’s spider mites, and I see that you are treating with Captain Jacks. That’s all good.

Be aware (and I say this as one who has experienced it) that spider mites are dang near impossible to fully eliminate from a collection without going full nuclear with mite-specific pesticides on every single plant. They love velvet philodendrons, calatheas, and alocasias in particular, but can and will hide out on basically any tropical plants. Getting rid of them is doable, but a lot of work, and we see a lot of posts here from folks who are months in to the fight and frustrated to the point they’re ready to give up.

If you don’t want to spend the time to treat every plant repeatedly to get rid of them, I strongly recommend looking into predatory mites. You hang up a little sachet in each grow area, and they do the work for you. They’re not prohibitively expensive, and will self-sustain a population of predators as long as there are still plant-sucking mites to be found. While they aren’t the only option for treatment by any means, they are definitely the easiest and least stressful.
