My money plant is not doing well and I'm not sure what's the issue 🙁
The plant is indoors, next to a north-west facing window in the Netherlands, so it gets variable hours of indirect sunlight depending on the season. We water it roughly once every ten days, whenever we feel the first few inches of soil to be dry. It has never been repotted in the three years that we have it, so I have no clue what soil mix it has. Could that be the possible culprit? Sorry for my ignorance!

I see it buried deep in the pot like there is no soil, You need a bigger pot filled to the brim of the pot with drainage holes. That plant is pretty big to be in su h a small pot.
Mine dropped a lot of leaves over the winter when the heat was running and it was very dry. I started misting it once or twice a week and it has come back beautifully. Is your air too dry?
The issue is i see no money on that plant
