    I love this one. I like the two toned grays and white. The bedrooms were big enough for dressers, chairs and two night stands, plus closets. The bathrooms were small but well done. The area at the entry to place coats and shoes would really come in handy. The window box on the exterior was nice touch. The back porch was too small for dining but nice to just have a relaxing sit down in the evening. I didn't notice a utlity closet or separate pantry. That would be a must for me. Over all, a nice little home.

    I love this layout – especially the foyer and living/dining/kitchen areas. I wonder about adjusting the master layout so the closet is open inside the bedroom rather than the hallway. My version would use the second bedroom an office so I could always “steal space” if needed. Lovely design overall! 🙂

    I didn't watch this as I'd much prefer to see actual houses that are for sale rather than ideas. People need real options not just cute ideas.

    This is one of my favorites! Love: entry with an area for coats, etc., and a place for artwork to set the atmosphere, flooring (but prefer it be throughout), the peninsula with drawers and cabinets on both ends, pantry storage around the fridge, that you marked where the washer/dryer are located, all the built-ins especially in the living room area, that there's room for a dining table, window over the kitchen sink, back porch and overall layout.

    Personal preferences: while the range hood is nice, I like the microwave with exhaust feature placed above the stove to free up counter space, find someplace for a broom/utility closet, have the front porch a little bigger, more storage in the ensuite bathroom. All in all, nicely done!

    USUALLY I CAN FIND SOME OTHER INFORMATION ON THESE TYPE OF SITES. THIS HOME IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, BUT I DON'T SEE BASIC PRICE RANGE ANYWHERE OR DIMENSIONS! (OOPS! I TAKE THAT BACK! WONDERFUL DIMENSIONS!!! WOO-HOOO!!) FABULOUS THOUGH!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
