Buy your Tickets today for the 2026 Pelham Preservation & Garden Society’s Annual Garden Party which will be held on Saturday, June 6 from 7-10 pm. We are excited to reveal the party will be held at the beautiful home of Rhonda Kost and Alfred Spector at the historic “Pelham Dale” home 45 Iden Avenue. The home is one of only two houses in the Pelhams that pre-date the Revolutionary War. This was the home of Philip Pell II (1733-1788), a grandson of the Third Lord of the Manor of Pelham, Thomas Pell. All three of Philip Pell’s sons fought on the American side in the War for Independence. The house sat at the southern end of Philip Pell’s land, which included all the land in the present Village of Pelham.
You will learn more about this property while you enjoy light fare, drinks, music and a silent auction. Proceeds go to our beautification, advocacy and historic restoration work in the Pelhams. Open to the public, our event is always the most fun way to reconnect with neighbors, make new friends, and kick off the summer.
