Wow. Just received this plant in the mail from my daughter for Mother’s Day. It was from ProFlowers. The plant wasn’t packaged very well for shipping. Barely any soil in the pot, three nodes with hardly any roots just stuffed into the piddly amount of soil. A “stake” (-1/4 inch diameter) stuck into the pot. The plant looked like it had been dangled out the car window for five miles while driving at 65 mph.
I was pretty disgusted at the condition it arrived in. Checked the website and saw that this dinky, unhealthy “red prayer plant” was sold for SIXTY BUCKS!! Holy crap! You can be sure I’m going to let ProFlowers know about this. What rip-off.

Wow, that’s terrible. Hopefully they’ll replace the plant.
For what it’s worth, never order from ProFlowers. I know this was a gift but they take advantage of actual florists and/or sell crap like this. I’m sorry your daughter was ripped off… I sell these in my plant shop for $25 and it’s a massive healthy plant in a 6″ pot and fully rooted.

You should post this to their social media or reviews to make sure other people know about them.
If you’re going to severely overcharge, at least make sure it’s healthy and well packaged…. Smh
That’s so deplorable. ProFlowers took advantage of your daughter wanting to do something nice for you. I would leave a review EVERYWHERE!!
I once got a pothos plant and after a few days they seemed like they were dying, I pulled them to see if something was going on with the roots and found out they had just stuck some cuttings with no roots in the pot. I would water prop these, I’m sorry you got hit with the same thing.
Ugh that totally sucks, I’ve gotten plants like that too and it’s sooo disappointing. Like how hard is it to pack them right? Hope it perks up for ya tho!
