my friend brought me this philodendron billie piece? i’ve had it in water for a few days but im new to this.. should i keep it in water in the window or plant it in a small clear pot?
I’d say that looks big enough to plant in its own small pot on its own (probably a 2 incher) but if you want to wait until the roots get more established then you’d probably be able to plant it in a 4 incher when you take it out of the propagation jar

I saw that the roots made in water and dirt are different. And that the plant loses its water roots and transitions to soil roots anyways. BUT IDK I JUST HEARD THAT. If a genius would please fill me in on the legitimacy of this I would be grateful!
