Help with milii

Got this from the reduced rack the leaves were just barely wilty. I repotted into new soil mixed with sand and chunky pearlite. It stayed the same, then I watered it after a week. It started wilting more. I added beneficial microbes to the soil and watered it in the next week. I left it for 2 weeks since I didn't want to over water it. Watered it again, and now it looks like this. I feel like I'm fighting for my life with this rescue 😂
