    It’s kinda hard to tell by the pictures, but it kind of reminds me of peonies

    I know you didn’t ask for advice, but those rocks are going to absolutely scorch those peonies in summer heat so I would move them away from them if you can!

    Peonies. My shoots are up a little higher. You must be further north in Ontario

    Get some good support around them now before they get much bigger – they make a beautiful plant all season when they’re not flopping. 🙂

    It’s time to put the cages on, otherwise the branches are going to flop down.

    Peonies. Besides all the good answers, go get you support hoops , specifically for peonies, to install before they really bush out. They are gorgeous but not so gorgeous when they collapse from the weight of the blooms.
